Meetings & Events

Our monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month in the RUA, club West Craibstone street Aberdeen.

Anyone visiting the area on holiday is welcome to attend. We would also welcome anyone willing to give a talk/presentation.

If you are interested in joining our club please click on the members list to get in touch or just come along.

Membership

Currently the membership is very healthy with 30 members and 2 juniors, which is a great turn around for the club that five years ago was down to ten active members.

Perhaps one of the reasons that we have such a healthy turn out is that we try and vary our monthly meetings, but on most occasions we try to have budgies at them. This would take the format of members' shows or discussions on the rare varieties, as we feel the membership is more interested in discussing and viewing the birds, rather than chatting about internal politics.
